What began as a one off development project for a local client became a fully integrated platform for clinical placements and onboarding.
Feeding the system
Hospitals and health networks need diverse skills, training and people to operate. From New Brunswick to the lower mainland of British Columbia and across North America, there is an acute shortage of healthcare professionals and a growing need for their skills.
After the first build, we worked for over a year with a local health network managing dozens of locations and thousands of placements. Together we refined the processes, workflows and interactions until the platform delivered a real return on investment.
The result: more students activated, at lower cost, with demands on available resources reduced by nearly 66%.

Who we are
Our first pilot was built to address the realities of Canadian health networks placing students in essential roles across both urban and rural clinical settings. Clinical Placement+ is developed and supported by the team at Contendo in Bathurst, New Brunswick.
